\ 1118 SIXTY-FIRST CONGRESS. Sess. IH. Ch. 231. 1911. Montana. Sec. 92. The State of Montana shall constitute one ]ud1c1al_d1str1ct, ¥gii¤2:' LW to be known as the district of Montana. Terms of the district court shall be held at Helena on the first Mondays in April and November; . at Butte on the first Tuesdays in February and Se tember; at Great Falls on the first Mondays in May and Octo_ er; at llgrssoula on the first ` Mondays in January and June; and at Billings on the Erst Mondays in '¤`¤¤¤*¤* °* ¤¤¤°* March and August. Causes, civil and crrmmal, may be transferred by the court or ]uc§e thereof from Helena to Butte or from Butte to Helena, or from elena or Butte to Great Falls, or from Great Falls_to Helena or Butte, in said district, when the convemence of the parties or the ends of justice would be romoted by the transfer; and any interlocutory order may be madl; by the court or judge thereof m either place. _ _ _ _ _ N¤br¤¤1¤·· Sec. 93. The State of Nebraska shall constitute one judicial district B" E" °°°` m' P` w' to be known as the district of Nebraska. Said district is divided into D*'*‘“’“‘· eight divisions. The territory embraced on the first day of July, mnemen hundred and ten, in the counties of Dovnagllas, Sarpy, Washington, ‘ Dodge, Colfax, Platte, Nance, Boone, eeler, urt Thurston, Dakota, Cuming, Cedar, and Dixon, shall constitute the Omaha division; the territory embraced on the date last mentionedin the counties of Madison, Antelope, Knox, Pierce, Stanton, Wa Holt, Boyd, Rock, Brown, and Ke a Paha, shall constitute the Niiffolk division; the territory embraced, on the date last mentioned in the counties of Cherry, Sheridan, Dawes, Box Butte, and Sioux, shall constitute the Chadron division; the territory embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Hall, Merrick Howard, Greeleyi Garfield, Valley, Sherman, Buffalo, Custer, Loup, Blaine, Thomas, ooker, and Grant, shall constitute the Grand Island division; the territory embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Lincoln, Dawson, Logan, McPherson, Keith, Deuel, Garden, Morrill, Che enne, Kimball, Banner, and Scott’s Bluff, shall constitute the North Platte division; the territory embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Cass, Otoe, Johnson, Nemaha, Pawnee, Richardson, Gage, Lancaster, Saunders, Butler, Seward Saline, Jefferson, Tha er, Fillmore, York, Polk, and Hamilton, shall constitute the Lincohi division· the territory embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Clay, Nuckolls, Webster Adams, Kearney, Franklin, Harlan, and Phelps, shall constitute the Hastings division; and the territory embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Gosper, Fumas, Red Willow, Frontier Hayes, Hitchcock, Dundy, Chase, and Perkins, shall constitute the rama. Terms of the district court for the Omaha division shall be held at Omaha on the first Monday in Apr·il and the fourth Monda in September; for the Norfolk division, at Norfolk on the third ltionday in September; for the Chadron division, at Chadron on the second Monday in September; for the Grand Island division, at Grand Island on the second Monday in January; for the North Platte division, at North Platte on the second Monday in June; for the Lincoln division, at Lincoln on the second Monday in May and the first Monday in October; for the Hastings division, at Hastin on the second Monday in March; and for the McCook division, at ltE;SCook on the {0%- iirst Monday in March: Provided, That where rovision is made herein _ for holding court at places where there are no lgederal buildings, a suitable room in which to hold` court, together with light and heat, shall be provided by the city or county where such court is held, without any °'”°°°· expense to the United States.
