Taft, President of the United States National germ, canof America, by virtue of the power in me vested by the Act of Congress '°§',‘§’{_‘},'§,f*,§]§‘(§_““’· approved June fourth, eighteen hundred and nmety-seven, entitled "An Act Mak' appropriations for sundry civil ex enses of the Government for thl:i€1scal)year ending June thirtieth, eighteen hundred and ninety-eight, and for othe1i·purposes," do proclaim that the boundaries of the Eldorado National crest are as shown on the diagram forming a part hereof.
