REBATES AND REIMBURSEMENTS. ‘ R°b•¤•¤?¤d Nim- Anrrcrn XLI. . 1. With regard to rebates and reimbursements, the International u°§‘fgl’;ggb{g¤“l* Telegraph Regulations shall be agi; able, takin into account the ` restrictions specified in Article II and X§X]X of the present Regulations and subject to the following reservations: The time employed in the transmission of radiograms and the R°°°"°“°°°· time that radiograms remain in a coastal station in the case of radiograms intended for ships, or in the station on shipboard in the case of radiograms proceeding from ships, shall not be counted as delays as regards rebates or reimbursements. If the coastal station notifies the office of origin that a. radiogram can not be transmitted to the ship addressed the management of the radio service of the country of origin shall immediately instiglgte reimbursement to the sender of the coastal and shipboard rates re t- ing to the radiogram. In such case, the refunds charges shaH not enter into the accounts provided for by Article XLII, but the radiogram shall be mentione therein as a memorandum. Reimbursements shall be borne by the different managements of the radio service and private enterprises which have taken part m the transmission of the radiogram, each management or private _ ente rise relinquishing its share of the rate. Radiograms to which P°"·¥’· "‘°· Artiizlbs 7 and 8 of the Convention of St. Retersburg are applicable shall remain sub°ect, however, to the provisions of the International Telegraph Regulations, except when the accelptance of such radiograms is the result of an error made by the te egraph S€I’V'1C9. 2. When the aclmowled§sent of receipt of a radiogram has not uxggsages not xoreached the station which transmitted the message, the chzrjes ' shall be refunded only if the fact has been established that the r 0- gram is entitled to reimbursement. 11. The accounts regarding such chargles shall quidated bwhe mana ements of the radio service of the countries concerned. ey shall be drawn up by the radio managements to which the_coastal stations are subject, and communicated by them to the radio managements concerned. In cases where the working of the coastal stations is independent of the management of the radio service of the country, the party working such stations may be substituted, as regards the accounts, for the radio managpnrent of such country. _ 2.
