Sec. 22. That in case o any disagreement between the physician Remminanun ir making an examination on the part of the United States and the phy°°i”“d”°"°°‘ e1\1;lployee’s physician the commission shall appoint a third physician, d y qualified, who shall make an examination. Sec. 23. That fees for examinations made on the pa.rt of the United E¤¤·i¤¤¤¤¤*¤¤¤· States under sections twenty-one and twenty-two biyuphysicians who are not already in the service of the United States sh be fixed by the commission. Such fees, and any sum payable to the employee under section twenty-one, shall be paid out of the appropriation for the work of the commission. Sec. 24. That immediatel after an injury to an employee resultin p0§gg*;j1g;°”*°°**°** in his death or in his probable disability, his immediate superior shall ` make a report to the commission containing such information as the commission may require, and shall thereafter make such supplementar reports as the commission may re uire. $5;:0. 25. That any assignment of a glaim for compensation imder °t;fS$*¢'“¤°¤'¤ v°*d· this Act shall be void and, all compensation and claims therefor shall be exempt from all claims of creditors. Sec. 26.
