AUGUST 20, 1910. 1697 And whereas, the said Convention has been ratified by the Govem- p°§,,§,§°°“"°”$ "°‘ ment of the United States, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate thereof, and by the Governments of Brazil, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama, and the ratihcations of the said Governments were, by the provisions of Article XVIII of the said Convention, deposited by their respective Plenipotentiaries with the Government of the Argentine Republic; And whereas, the said Convention has been adhered to by the ;;$,{]_h"°“°° b’ B° Government of Bolivia; _ Now, therefore, be it lmown that I, Woodrow Wilson, President P'°°‘”“‘“"°“‘ of the United States of America, have caused the said Convention to be made public, to the end that the same and eveiiy article and clause thereof may be observed and fulfilled with good aith by the United States and the citizens thereof.
