Be it enacted by the Senate and House oéilepreeegttctioes of the United m§° *°§j States Opf America in Congress assembled, at begmning at the expirapityss. _ _ tion ninety days next following the pa¤s§e of this Act, all emg;i,`;f{,'T°° ’°"“°° °"' ployees in the classiiied civil service of the nited States who have on that date, or shall have on any date thereaftergreaohed the age of seventy years and rendered at least fifteenyears of service computed as prescribed in section 3 of this Act, shall be el¥ible for pmm._ md M retirement on an annuity as provided in section 2 hereof: rovided, ai was éapxtyes.
