Ingalls, late United States surveyor general for Arizona, are hereby directed to credit the account of said Frank S. Ingalls with the sum of $36, which amount was paid by him to the Star Corral, Phoenix, Arizona on account of an injury to one of its saddle horses while being used on October 14, 1912, by an employee of the United States, the pay- ment of which sum was disallowed by the Auditor for the Interior Department.
