Owen, receiver of the land office at Clayton, New Mexico, to reimburse him for moneys paid out by him for clerk hire in the said land office. Approved, February 28, 1923.

Flaunlacher, as reimbursement for expenses actually incurred lg him as the direct result of personal injuries received by him on eptember 3, 1917 near Camp Upton, Long Island, when he was struck by an automobile operated by the United States Army, the sum of $719.53 and as full compensation for loss of earnings, pain, and suffering irom said injury and resulting surgical operation, and permanent disability of the right leg resulting from said in]ury, the sum of $1,280.47; in all, $2,000.
