[P°b“°· N°· *5*-] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the , United States of America in Uongress assembled, That the Secretary m;‘·N';§°}§,fH,l“°‘*°“°' of Agriculture is hereby authorized, in his discretion, upon applica- Lwugariml Qvurpv tion y the board of supervisors of Los Angeles County, California, iii}; dguiiii Z`tm°;i to designate and segregate, for recreation development, not to exceed ”°"” · 5,000 acres within the Angeles National Forest, California, which, in his opinion, are available for such purposes, and to issue to the said board of supervisors, for the benefit of said county a free permit authorizing the improvement, maintenance, and use of such lands for free public camp grounds under conditions which will allow the fullest use of the lands for recreational urposes without interferin with the objects for which the national Eirest was established. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of Amerika in Congress assembled, That the Secretary §°,T,{,{“§§'°p§;,1{,‘}°}‘;,, of Commerce is hereby authorized to convoiy by deed to the city of g;g:&°¤L*s¤•M¤ Port Huron, Michigan, a portion of the ort Gratiot Lighthouse ` Reservation, Michigan: Provided, That the city of Port Huron will {m’”m“°;émm”b,,M open and maintain in first-class passable condition an extension of city.
