The Secretary of the Treasury is also authorized and directed to pay to the Commercial Pacino Cable Company, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $26,490.38, to'reimburse said company for the cost of repairing certain damages done by the United States naval authorities to one of said company’s cables in the harbor of San Luis d’Apra, island of Guam, in September, 1907, as reported to Congress in Senate Document Numbered 88, Sixty-fourth Congress, first session.
