WHEREAS, The secretary or Agriculture, by virtue of the author- ,,,$*g;:g?°¤ 0* mm ity vested in him by section three of the Migratory Bird Treat Act {,{g¤*{,,b*°· .,55 (40 Stat., 755), has submitted to me for approval, a regullation V0li39;g:170;z. further amendatory of the regulations approved and roclaimed Julgf 31, 1918, which the Secretary of Agriculture has getermined » to e a suitable amendatory regulation permittin and governing the hunting, taking, capture, killmg, (possession, s5e, purchase, shipment, transportation, carriage, an export of said irds and parts thereof and their nests and eggs, as fo owsz REGULATION 4.--OPEN SEASONS ON AND POSSESSION ggiindlglgsebe. OF CERTAIN MIGRATORY GAME BIRDS. Regulation 4, sub-title “Doves" is hereby amended so as to read as fo ows: Doves.—The Iplpen seasons for mouming doves Shall be as follows: D°v°S‘ ln Delaware, aryland, Virllginia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Ken- u£,S°?°°°m°°l umm" tucky,Ohio Indiana, Illinois, innesota, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, °d·"”'*»P~*°*°·°m°¤d· Arkansas, Oklahoma, that portion of Texas lying west and north of ` the main tracks of the International and Great Northern Railroad extending from Laredo to San Antonio, Austin, and Longview, and the Texas and Pacihc railroad extending from Longview to Marshall and Texarkana, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Arizona, California, Nevada, Idaho, and Oregon the open season shall be from September 1 to December 15; In Georgia, Florida, Alabama, and Mississippi the open season shall be from October 16 to January 31; In that portion of Texas lying east and South of the main tracks of the International and Great Northern railroad extending from Laredo to San Antonio, Austin, and Longview, and the Texas and Pacific railroad extending from Lon%iew to Marshall and Texarkana the open season s all be from ovember 1 to December 31; and . In South Carolina and Louisiana the open season shall be from _ November 1 to Janua 31.
