Such stmles, investigations, and reports shall include agriculture and agricultural processes and requirements upon. agricultural vorkers;. trades, industries, and apprentlceships, trade and industrlal requirements upon! industrial workers, and~ classification or - industrial processes and pursuits`; commerce and commercial pursuits and requirements upon commercial workers; home management, domestic science, and the study ot related facts and principles; and problems of administration ot vocational schools and_.of courses of study and instruction in vocational subjedts. o l r I · When the board deems it advisable such studies, investlgations, and reports concerning agriculture, for the purposes ot agricultural education, may be made ln cooperation with or through the Department ot . Axfioulture ;· such studies, invest}- gations, and reports. concerning trades and industries, for thei purposes ot trade. and industrial edmation, may he made in cooperation with or through the Department ot Labor; such studies, investigations, and reports concerning comrnerce and corniuereial pursuits, for the purposes ot commercial education, may he made lu cooperation, with or through the Department ot Commerce; such sthdies, investigations, and reports concerning the administration ot vocational schools, coursm ot studynand instruction in romtional subjects, may be made in cooperation with or through the Bureau of Education} _ .·‘ The Commissioner ot Education may maltesuch recommendations to the board relstlve to the administration ot this chapter as he may from- tlmeto time deem advisable. It shall be the duty ot the chairman ot the board to carry out the rules, regulations, and decisions which the bmrd may adopt.
