R. 11758.] [Public, No. 613 .] Be it enacted by the Senate and House df Representatives of the Chalmette National United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary Cemetery , La . of War is hereby authorized to grant the Lake Borgne Basin Levee Right ofwaythrough, granted Lake Borne Board, an agency of the State of Louisiana, a right of way through Basin Levee Board, for the Chalmette National Cemetery Reservation, Saint Bernard Parish, a levee . Loui siana , in such loca tion as ma y be desi gnate d by him, for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a new levee to replace the existing levee in front of said res ervation . Port' Rico Supreme To the chief justice of the Supreme Court of the Territory of court . Porto Rico, $10,500 per year, and to each of the associate justices thereo f the sum of $10,0 00 per year .
