Be it enacted by the Senate a nd House of Re presentatives of the Louisiana Hi ghway United States of America in Congress assembled, That the consent Commission

may bridge, at Coushatta . of Congress is hereby granted to the State Highway Commission of Louisiana to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches -thereto across the Red River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation at or near Coushatta, Louisiana, and in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled " An Act to regulate the construc- tion of bridges over navigable waters," approved March 23, 1906.
