That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized, in his discretion, to sell, upon such terms and conditions as he con- sider s advi sable, to th e Fish ers Is land Co rporat ion, o r its nomine e, a tract of land containing one and one-fifth acres, more or less, said tract now fo rming the ex treme northe asterly corne r of t he For t H .G.
