[Public, No. 999 .] Be it en act ed by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized in his discretion to convey by quit-claim deed to the city of Savannah, Georgia, for street purposes, the following-described strip of land : Not to exceed twenty- two feet south of and abutting on State Street from Bu ll Street to Whitaker Street, in the city of Savannah, Chatham County, Georgia, in exchange for sixty-five and five-tenths feet, given by the said city of Savannah to the Government as part of a public-build- ing site, in c losing President Street in said city .
