Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the conse nt of Congre ss is her eby grant ed to the county o f Cook, S tate of I llinois, to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across Little Calumet River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation at or near Ashland Avenue, in said county and State, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled "An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over naviga- ble waters," approved March 23, 1906 . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the times for commenc ing an d comp leting the c onstru ction of the bridge autho rized by the Act of Congress approved May 7, 1926, to be built across the Susquehanna River between the borough of Wrightsville, in York County, Pennsylvania, and the borough of Columbia, in Lancaster ed. County, Pennsylvania, are hereby extende d one and three years, respectively, from the date of approval hereof . SEC . 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved .
