117 CHAP. 80.-An Act Granting the consent of Con gress to the county of Armstrong, a county of the State of Pennsylvania, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge across the Allegheny River, at Kittanning, in the county of Armstro ng, in the State of Pennsylvania . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the conse nt of Congress is hereby granted to the county of Armstrong, a county of the State of Pennsylvania, and its successors and assigns, to con- struct, maintain, and operate a free bridge and approaches thereto across the Allegheny River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Market Street, in the Borough of Kittanning, county of Armstrong, in the State of Pennsylvania, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled "An Act to regulate the con- struction of bridges over navigable waters," approved March 23, 1906 .
