The right to sell, assign, transfer, and mortgage all the ri ghts, powers, and pr ivileg es conf erred b y this Act, i s hereb y gran ted to Henry Thane, his heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, and any corporation to which or any person to whom such rights, powers, and privileges may be sold, assigned, or transferred, or who shall acquire the same by mortgage foreclosure or otherwise, is hereby authorized and empowered to exercise the same as fully as though conferred herein directly upon such corporation or person . Algonquin Shores Realty Trust, his heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a free footbridge and approaches thereto across the Fox River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation in the County of Kane, State of Illinois, in section 3, township 42 north, range 8 east of the third principal meridian, and about one-half mile south of the south limits of Algon- quin, Illinois, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled C ol str cttio 8 n .. 34, p. "An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters," approved March 23, 1906, and subject to the conditions and limitations contained in this Act . SEC . 2.
