SEC . 2 . If the Commission is unable to submit a final report before the expiration of the Seventieth Congress, those Members of the House of Representatives who are members of the Commission at the date of expiration of such Congress, if Members-elect to the succeed- ing Cong ress, sha ll co ntin ue as memb ers of su ch co mmiss ion until their successors are determined by the organization of the House of Repre sentat ives of the Sevent y-firs t Congr ess, Approved, April 11, 1928 . Be it enacted by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the Pearl River Valley Lumber Company is hereby authorized to construct a tem porar y ra ilroa d bri dge conne cting its timb er ho lding s an d its lands and timber across Pearl River at a point suitable to the inter- ests of navigation in or near section 35, township 10 north, range 6 east, Leake County, Mississippi, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled "An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over precise . navigable waters," approved March 23, 1906 : Provided, That if the Remova l when aban- bridge authorized by this Act shall at any time be abandoned and brdg, rai lro ad no l onger used f or rai lroad purpos es, the same shall be rem oved f rom the river by th e Pear l Rive r Vall ey Lum ber Com pany, or its assig ns, at its or their own expense .
