That there is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $3,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act . CHAP. 567.-An Act Authorizing the Secretary of the Treasury to accept a franchise from the government of the city of New York to change the routing of the pneumatic-tube service between the customhouse and the present ap- praisers' stores building, and for other purposes . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized, incident to the acquisition of a new appraisers' stores building in the city of New York, under the Act of Congress approved March 4, 1927, to accept a franchise from the government of the city of New York to change the routing of the p neumat ic-tub e serv ice be tween the cus tomhou se and the p res- en t appr aisers ' stor es bui lding to con nect wi th the new a pprais ers' stores building, and to enter into a contract with said city to abide by the terms, conditions, and requirements of said franchise.
