SEC. 2 . That there is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $50,000 or so much thereof as may be necessary to pay the expenses for necessary surveys, classification of lands, and all other expenses in connection with the allotment work . Approved, May 21, 1928 . CHAP. 645 .-An Act Authorizing the construction of a fence along the east boundary of the Papago Indian Reservation, Arizona . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the sum of $15,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby author- ized to be appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for expenditure under the direction of the Secretary of the Interior for the purchase of barbed wire and posts and transportation of the same for use in the construction of a fence on or near the east boundary of the Papago Indian Reservation, Arizona, beginning at the international boundary line and extend- ing in a northerly direction for approximately sixty miles : Pro- vided, That no part of said appropriation shall be expended in payment of labor for the erection of said fence .
