For maintenance, including horses, wagons, and harness, and maintenance of nonpassenger-carrying motor vehicles, $22, 500 . For repairs and improvements to buildings and grounds, $2,500 . All moneys received at said school as income from sale of products and from payment of board or of instruction or otherwise shall be paid into the Treasury of the United States to the credit of the District of Columbia . For repairs and improvements to buildings and grounds, such work to be performed by day labor or otherwise in the discretion of the commissioners, $15,000, of which $3,000 shall be immediately available .
