Be it enacted by the Senate and House o f Representatives o f the Sum allowed from United States o f America in Congress assembled, That there is hereby tribal fund for ex- plaim s of attor neys in authoriz ed to be expende d, out of any mon ey now s tanding to the United states .
credit of the Creek Nation of Indians in the Treasury of the United Vol. 43, p.139. States, the sum of not exceeding $18,000 to be, by the Secretary of the Interior, paid out in his discretion to attorneys for the Creek Nation of Indians employed under the authority of the Act of Con- gr ess approved May 24, 19 24 (Forty-third Statutes at Large, pa ge 139), the payments to be made in such sums as may be necessary to reim burse the attorneys for such proper and necessary expenses as may have been incurred or may be incurred in the investigation of records and preparation, institution, and prosecution of suits of the Provisos .
