Be it enacted by the Senate and H OU8e 01 Representatives 01 the United State8 of America in Oongress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limita- tions of the penSIOn laws- The name of Julia Taylor, widow of John F. Taylor, late of Company F, Fourth ~ment Arkansas Volunteer Cavalrv, and pay her a :pe~ion at the rate of $50 per month in lieu of that she IS now recelVIng.
