CHAP . 173 .-An Act To provide funds for cooperation with the school board [Public, No. 652.] at Fraz er, Montana, in the construction of a high-school building to be availab le to Indian children of the Fort Peck Indian Reservation . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That there is h ereby autho rized to be appr opriat ed, o ut of any f unds in the Trea s- ury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $25,000 for the purpose of cooperating with the public-school board of district numbered 2, town of Frazer, and county of Valley, Montana, in the construction of a public high-school building at Frazer, Montana : Prov ide d, That the expenditure of any money so appropriated shall be subject to the express conditions that the school maintained by the said school district in the said building shall be available to all Indian ch ildren of the Fort Peck India n Reserva tion, Mont ana, on th e same terms, except as to payment of tuition, as other children of the said school district and that accommodations in said enlarged build- in g to the ext ent of one- half its ca pacity shal l be availa ble for Ind ian children from the Fort Peck Reservation : Provided further, That such expenditures shall be subject to such further conditions as may be prescribed by the Secretary of the Interior .
