United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 88 of u.s. d., p. 883. the Judicial Code, as amended by the Act of July 9, 1912, chapter 222 (section 168, title 28, United States Code), be, and the same is hereby, amended to read as follows dis Michigan judicial § The State of Michigan is divided into two judicial districts to be Eastern district. known as the eastern and western districts of Michigan . The eastern district shall include the territory embraced on the 1st day of July, 1910, in the counties of Alcona, Alpena, Arenac, Bay, Cheboygan, Clare, Crawford, Genesee, Gladwin, Gratiot, Huron, Tosco, Isabella, Mi dland, Mo ntmor ency, Oge maw, Oscod a, O tsego, Pre sque Isle, Ros - co mmon, Sag inaw, Shia wass ee, a nd Tu scol a, wh ich s hall cons titut e the norther n divisio n; a lso the territor y embrace d on the date la st mentioned in the counties of Branch, Calhoun, Clinton, Hillsdale, Ingham, Jackso n, Lapeer, Lenawee, Livingston, Macomb, Monroe, Oa kland, Sa int C lair, San ilac, Wash tena w, an d Way ne, which shal l Terms of court. constitute the southern division of said district . Terms of the district court for the southern division shall be held at Detroit on the first Tuesdays in March, June, and November; for the northern division, at Bay City on the first Tuesdays in May and October, and at Port Huron in the discretion of the judge of said court and at such times miraltyaclausress .y

The western district shall include the territory embraced on the 1st day of July, 1910, in the counties of Alger, Baraga, Chippewa, Delta, Dickinson, Gogebic, Houghton, Iron, Keweenaw, Lu ce, Mackinac, Marquette, Menomine e, Ontonagon, and Schoolcraft, which shall constitute the northern division; also the territory embraced on the said date last mentioned in the counties of Allegan, Antrim, Barry, Ben zie, Berri en, Cass, Char levo ix, E aton, Emm et, G rand Trav erse, Ionia, Kalamazoo, Kalkaska, Kent, Lake, Leelanau, Manistee, Mason, Mecosta, Missaukee, Montcalm, Muskegon, Newaygo, Oceana, Osceola, Terms of court.
