Appropriation Act, fiscal year 1924, approved December 5, 1924, for the eradication of the foot-and-mouth disease and other contagious or infectious diseases of animals, is hereby made available during the fiscal year 1931 to enable the Secretary of Agriculture to control and eradicate the European fowl pest and similar diseases in poultry .
