Division United Daughters of the Confederacy, two trophy guns, s tored in the Wate rvliet Arse nal at Water vliet , New York, and described as follows : One twelve-p ounder, m uzzle-lo ading, s mooth- bore field gun numbered 122; diameter of bore, four and five-eighths inches; length over all, fifty-eight and one-half inches; approxi- mate weight, one thousand two hundred pounds, "Confederate"; and one twelve-pounder, numbered 105, muzzle loading, smooth bore; length over all, seventy-two inches; diameter of the bore, four and five-eighths inches; approximate weight, one thousand two hun- dred pounds, " Confederate " : Provided, That the United States No Gov ern men t ex- shall be put to no expense in connection with the delivery of said pens e. guns . R . 6591 .1 of Winthrop, Massachusetts, a perpetual right of way over such land of the Fo rt Ban ks Mil itary R eserva tion as is ne cessary for t he purp ose of widen ing Revere Street to a width of fifty feet . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Wint hrop, Mass . Uni ted States of America in Co ngr ess as sem ble d, That the Secr e- Right ofway granted, Mi li- tary of War is hereb y authorized and directed to grant to the town over Fort Banks otart' Reservation, for of Winthrop, Massachusetts, a right of -w ay over such la nd of the street improvement . Fort Banks Military Reservation as is necessary for the purpose of widening Revere Street to a width of fifty feet in said town of Winthrop, Massachusetts, upon su ch location as the Secretary of War may approve, and subject to such conditions, restrictions, and Conditions, etc . reservations as the Secretary of War may impose for the protection of the reservation .
