(b) Felts, belts, blankets, jackets, or other articles of machine ing , etc' clothing, for pap, er-making, printing, or other machines, when woven, wholly or in chief value of wool, as units or in the piece, finished or unfinished, shall be dutiable at the rates provided in subparagraph (a) . Pile fabrics . PAR . 1110. Pile fabrics, whether or not the pile covers the entire surface , wholl y or in chief value of wool , and all art icles, finish ed or unfinished, made or cut from such pile fabrics : If the pile is wholly cut or wholly uncut, 44 cents per pound and 50 per centum ad valorem ; if the pile is partly cut, 44 cents per pound and 55 per centum ad valorem .
