Ecuador, Uruguay, Dominican Republic, ChIle, Panama, Venezuela, Costa RICa, Cuba, Guatemala, HaIti, Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, Nicaragua and Honduras, at Washington on the twent.ieth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, and a Protocol on the Inter-American Registration of Trade Marks was signed on the same day by Plenipotentiaries of the said countries except Uru- guay, Chile and Guatemala, which Convention and Protocol are word for word as follows:
