Du. Preamble. Area enlarged. Post, p. 3027. Vol. 26, p. Vol. 30, p. 36. , of Congress approve March 3, 1891 (26 Stat. 1095), and June 4, 1897 (30 Stat. 11 at 34 and 36), do proclaim that the following de- scribed lands in South Dakota are hereby added to and made a part of the Harney National Forest: Description. The withdrawal made by this proclamation shall, as to all lands which are at this date legally appropriated under the public land laws or reserved for any public purpose, be subject to and shall not inter- fere with or defeat legal rights under such appropriation, nor prevent the use for such public purpose of lands so reserved, so long as such ap- propriation is legally maintained, or such reservation remains in force.
