Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Oongress assembled, That the Secre- tary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $16.90 to Dalton G. Miller, senior drainage engmeer of the Bureau of Public Roads, in fun settlement of all payments made by him for repairs to a truck belonging to the University of Minne- sota, which was loaned to the Bureau of Public Roads for use in I'ontiucting a cooperative investigation during the fiscal year ending .T une 30, 1929, to determine the effect of soil alkali and acid upon drain tile.
