Be it enacted b'lI the Senate and House of Rereresentatives of the Credit allowed, in United States of America in Oongress OlJsemb ed, That the Post- postal accounts of. master General is authorized and directed to credit the account of H. L. Todd, postmaster at San Francisco, California, in the sum of $1,935.90, and to certify s\lch credit to the General Accounting Office. Such sum represents the amount disbursed to enlisted men of the United States Army for services as chauffeurs on trucks loaned by the War Department to the post office at San Francisco, in December, 1928. Surety released. SEC. 2 . The surety on the bond of the said H. L. Todd as post- master at San Francisco, California, is hereby relieved of any liability on account of such disbursement.
