Spencer for coal furnished the cus- todian of the tug Victory while said tug was in the custody of the United States marshal, the said tug later being sold and the pro- ceeds of such sale having been turned in to the Treasury of the United States. E. White, postmaster, and which is still due the Post Office Department upon the nnal liquidation of the bank's assets following the failure of the said bank on November 16, 1922.
