PUBLIC WORKS, BUREAU OF YARDS AND DOCKS The limit of cost of the buildings, equipment, accessories, utilities, and appurtenances for the naval hospital at Philadelphia, Pennsyl- vania, authorized by the Act approved February 12, 1931 (46 Stat . 1091), shall be as prescribed in such Act, any provision in the Act approved June 30, 1932 (47 Stat . 436), to the contrary notwith- standing : Provided, That section 320 of the Act approved June 30, 1932 (47 Stat . 412), shall not be applicable to such project .
