Extension, time of (2) The Corporation may at any time, or from time to time, payment, extend, or consent to the extension of, the time of payment of any loan or advance made by it, through renewal, substitution of new oblig ation s, or oth erwis e, bu t th e tim e for such pay ment shall not mo o. be extended beyond five years from February 1, 1935 : Provided.
