For the payment of claims for damages to or losses of privately owned property adjusted and determined by the follow- ing res pect ive depa rtme nts unde r th e pr ovis ions of the Act enti tled "An Act to provide for a method for the settlement of claims arising against the Government of the United S tates in sums not exceeding $1,000 in any one case ", approved December 28, 1922 (U.S .C., title 31, sees. 215-217), and certified to the Seventy-third Congress in a communication from the President of the United States to the Presi- dent of the Senate, dated Ma y 8, 193 3, u nder the fol lowi ng d epar t- ments, namely Post Office Department, $4,227 .38 ; Treasury Department, $292 .54 ; In all, $4,519 .92 . JUDGMENTS, UNITED STATES COURTS SEC. 2. For payment of the final judgment, including costs of suit, rendered under the provisions of the Act of March 3, 1887, entitled "An Act to provide for the bringing of suits against the Government of the United States ", as amended by the Judicial Code, approved March 3, 1911 (U.S.C., title 28, sec. 41, par. 20 ; sec. 258 ; sees. 761-765), in favor of the Columbia Planograph Company, a corpora- tion (Supreme Court of the District of Columbia, Law Number 76808), and certified (tinder the Department of Commerce) to the Seventy-third Congress in a communication from the President of the United Sta tes to the Sp eaker of the House of Repre sentatives, dated April 27, 1933, $670, together with such additional sum as may be necessary to pay interest on such judgment at the rate of 4 per centum per annuln from the date thereof until the time this appropriation is made . For the payment of judgments, including costs of suits, rendered against the Government of the United States by United States district courts under the provisions of an Act entitled "An Act authorizing suits against the United States in admiralty for damages caused by and salvage services rendered to public vessels belonging to the United States, and for other purposes ", approved March 3, 19 25 (U .S .C ., title 46, sees . 781-789), and certified to the Seventy- third Congress in communications from the President of the United States to the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, dated May 8, 1933, and April 27, 1933, respec- tively, under the following departments, namely Navy Department : Th e Delaware , Lackawan na, and We stern Railroad Company, (United States District Court, Eastern District of New York, March 23, 1933, damages due to collision between the ferryboat Orange and the United States ship Transfer), $1,561 ; Larney B . Shaw (United States District Court, Eastern District of Virginia, March 21, 1933, damages due to collision between the wooden barge Evely n L . Shaw and the Navy barge Y C-270), $1,500 ; in all under the Navy Department, $3,061 .
