of kin- That as teacher vacancies occur during the fiscal year 1934 in grades drags ten d teachers, one to four, inclusive, of the elementary schools, such vacancies may be filled by the assignment of teachers now employed in kindergar- tens, and teachers employed in kindergartens are hereby made eligible to teach in the said grades : Provided further, That teaching Pla cin g unassigned vacancies that occur during the fiscal year 1934 wherever found subjects,ofspecisl, etc ., may be filled by the assignment of teachers of special subjects and teachers not now assigned to classroom instruction, and such teachers are hereby made eligible for such assignment without further examination : Provided further, That in the interests of economy the Temporary services .
