This stipulation also applies to the case that a lower amount than the full collect-on-delivery charge is collected from the addressee. If the addressee, however, refuses to accept a recovered parcel and pay the charges, the postmaster will hold it ana likewise seek instructions as to its disposition. Med Hensyn til B'estem- melse af Ansvarllgheden og Ud- betaling af Erstatning grelder samme RegIer som de i Artikel VII i Overenskomsten af 9/28 December 1932 for Pakker med angiven Vrerdi uden Postopkrev- ning fastsatte. 4. Saafremt en Postopkrrev- ningspnkke, for hvilken Erstat- ning er blevet udbetalt, atter kommer til Veje skal Udleverings- postkontoret udlevere Pakken og opkrreve Postopkrrevningsbel~bet, tilbageholde Bel~bet og indhente Forholdsordre hos den foresatte Poststyrelse. H ,is Adressaten imidlertid nregter at modtage en Paldce, der saaledes er kommet til Veje, og at betale Postopkrrev- ningsbel~bet, skal Postkontoret t.ilbageholde Pakken og ligeledes indhente Forholdsordre angaaen- de dens Behandling. I sidste Til- frelde trreffer den erstatningsplig- tige Poststyrelse Bestemmelse om den paa~reldende Pakkes videre Behandling. _ 5. Ved Udbetnling af Erstat- ningen indtrreder den Poststy- reIse, der har udredet Erstatnin- gen, i ethvert Krav vedr~rende
