For the share of the United States of the expenses of the Inter- S hare of expenses. national Fisheries Commission, under the convention between the United States and Great Britain, concluded May 9, 1930, including Vol. 47, p . 1872. salaries of two members and other employees of the Commission, traveling expe nses, charter of vessels, purchase of bo oks, periodic als, fur niture, and sc ientific inst ruments, cont ingent expense s, rent in th e District of Colum bia, and such ot her expe nses in the Uni ted Stat es and elsewhere as the Secretary of State may deem proper, to be disbursed under the direction of the Secretary of State, $25,000, together with the unexpen ded bala nce of t he appro priatio n for th is Ante, p.76. ,.
