United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the times for Time extended for bridging, Decatur, commencing and completing the construction of the bridge across Nebr ., to Onawa, Iowa . the Missouri River, between the towns of Decatur, Nebraska, and An te, p. 1072 . Onawa, Iowa authorized to be built by the county of Burt, State of Nebraska, b y section 29 of the Act of Congress approved August 30, 1935, are hereby extended one and three years, respectively, from Augus t 30, 1936 . Amendment .

If tolls are charged for the use of such bridge, the rates fund, etc. of toll shal l be so ad justed as to provide a fund su fficient t o pay the reasonable cost of maintaining, repairing, and operati ng the bridge and its approaches under economical management, and to provide a sinking fund sufficient to amortize the cost of the bridge and its approaches, including reasonable interest and financing cost, as soon
