Each municipal council shall assemble for ordinary meet- meetings . ings . on a certain day of every second month, which day shall be previously fixed by the Governor for the whole year, and for extraor- dinary meetings at the call of the Governor or the chairman of the council . The Governor may postpone the meetings of the municipal councils, but not for a longer period than fourteen days . The Municipal Council of Saint Thomas and Saint John shall convene at Saint Thomas, and the Municipal Council of Saint Croix shall convene at Christiansted .
