Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Pr esiden t General Pulas ki's of the United States is authorized and directed to issue a proclama- O Mem b o s n er van nay' ce tion calling upon officials of the Government to display the flag of October 11, 1935, the United States on all governmental buildings on October 11, 1935, and inviting the people of the United States to observe the day in schools and churches, or other suitable places, with appropriate ceremonies in commemoration of the death of General Casimir Pulaski . Montana, in the improvement and extension of school buildings to be available [Public, No. 103.) to both India n and white c hildren . of as, Be it en acted by the Se nate and House of Representat ives of the United States of America in Congre ss assemb led, That there is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the Treas- ury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $100,000, of which $60,000 is to be used for the purpose of cooperating with School District Numbered 9 in Glacier County, Montana, in the improve- ment and extension of high-school buildings, and $40,000 to be used in the improvement and extension of school buildings in other public- school districts in said Glacier County : Provided, That said schools shall be ava ilable to bo th whi te and India n chil dren w ithout dis- crimination, except that tuition may be paid for Indian children attending in the discretion of the Secretary of the Interior

[CHAPTER 189 .1 AN ACT To pr ovide fun ds fo r co opera tion with the publ ic-s chool boar d at Wolf Poi nt, Montana, in the construction or improvement of a public-school building to be available to Indian children of the Fort Peck Indian Reservation, Montana. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That there is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the Treas- ury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $50,000 for the purpose of V cooperating with the public-school board of district numbered 45, town of Wolf Point, county of Roosevelt, Montana, for construc- tion, extension and betterment of the public high-school building at Wolf Point, Montana : Pr ovi de d, Th at the expen diture of an y mone y so authorized shall be subject to the express conditions that the school maintained by the said district in the said building shall be avail- able t o all Indian child ren of Fort Peck I ndian Reserv ation, Mon- tana, on the same terms, except as to payment of tuition, as other childr en of said s chool distri ct, an d that accom modati ons in said enlarg ed bui lding to the exten t of o ne-hal f its capaci ty sha ll be Glacier County, Mont .
