Until he is so satisfied he shall make no further certifica- tion to the Secretary of the Treasury with respect to such State . PART 2-S ERVICES FOR CR IPPLED C HILDREN APPROPRIATION SEC . 511 . For the purpose of enabling each State to extend and improve (especially in rural areas and in areas suffering from severe economic distress), as far as practicable under the conditions in such State, services for locating crippled children, and for providing med- ical, surgical, corrective, and other ser vices and care, and facil ities for diagnosis, hospitalization, and aftercare, for children who are cripp led or who are sufferi ng from conditi ons whic h lead to crip- pling, there is hereby authorized to be appropriated for each fiscal year, beginning with the fiscal year ending June 30, 1936, the sum of $2,850,0 00 . The sums made available under this section shall be used for making payments to States which have submitted, and had approved by the Chief of the Children's Bureau, State plans for such services .
