the District of Columbia . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives o f the Dis tric t of Colu mbia . United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Commis- Pennsylvania Gr ey- hou nd Tr ans it Co m- sioners of the District of Columbia be, and hereby are, authorized pany , may lay certain pipe lines,

and empo wered to issue a perm it to Pennsylvania G reyhound Transit Company, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, its successors and assigns, to con- struct, maintain, repair, renew, and use not more than four underground pipe lines from the parcel of real estate owned by The P hiladelp hia, Balt imore an d Washin gton Rai lroad Com pany, an d leased or to be leased to and occupied by Pennsylvania Greyhound Transit Company on the northerly side of New York Avenue Northeast, to the parcel of real estate owned by said Pennsyl- vania Greyhound Transit Company, in square 4038, parcel 142/25, in the c ity of Washington, Di strict of Columbia, across and under New York Avenue Northeast, under the following conditions, namely : Said pipe lines shall be laid, constructed, and located as directed by the Commissioners of the District of Columbia, and under their inspection and the cost of such inspection, and of replacing pavements, curbs, and sidewalks disturbed, shall be paid by the party or parties to whom said permit shall be granted Provided, That said pipe lines shall be used for the purpose of transporting petroleum and petroleum products, and for no other purpose whatsoever . SEC. 2. That a ll the constr uction and us e prov ided fo r here in shal l be under such regulations and rentals as the Commissioners of the District of Columbia may make and establish in connection therewith . SEC. 3. That no permission granted or enjoyed hereunder shall vest any title or interest in or to the land within the above-mentioned street . SEC. 4. (CHAPTER 11 .1 AN ACT To extend the times for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge across the Waccamaw River at Conway, South Carolina . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of R epresentatives of th e United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the times for comm encing and completing the construction of a bridge across the Waccamaw River at Conway, South Carolina, authorized to be built by the State of South Carolina, by an Act of Congress approved Febr uary 10, 1932, h eretofor e extende d by an Act of C ongress approved May 12, 1933, are hereby further extended one and three years, respectively, from the date of approval hereof . SEC . 2 . The right to a lter, amend, or repe al this Act is hereby expressly reserved . Approved, February 18, 1935 .
