R. 8991.] To authorize the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs to exchange certain property [Public, No . 309.] rig hts now v ested in the Unite d States at Veteran s' Admini stration facility, Perry Point, Maryland, for ce rta in pr ope rty and rig hts of the Pennsylvania Railroad Company in that vicinity . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of R epresent atives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the Adminis- trator of Veterans' Affairs be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to transfer and release certain property rights now vested in the Uni ted States to the Pennsylvania Railroad Company as described in section 2 of this Act in exchange for certain property and rights from the Pennsylvania Railroad Company as described in section 3 of this Act. SEC. 2 . (a) Title to all that certain triangular piece or parcel of land situate at Perryville, in election district numbered 7, in the county of Cecil and State of Maryland, shown as parcel numbered 3onthe P.R.R. Plan Number ed 80 18, bo unded and de scrib ed as f ollo ws, na mely Beginning at a point in the southerly line of land of The Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington Railroad Company at the distance of two hundred and five feet measured southwardly and at right angles from a point in the line established as the center line of railroad of The Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington Railroad Company, known as the " Maryland Division " • said point Perry Point, Md . Excha nge of p rop- er ty, etc ., Veterans' Administration and Pennsylvania Railroad Company, authorized . Property transferred by United States. Description . AN ACT Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That notwithstand- ing the provisions of section 17, title I, Public Law Numbered 2, Seventy-third Congress, any claim for unauthorized medical expenses under the prov isions o f sectio n 202 (9 ) of the World W ar Veter ans' Act, as amended (U . S . C., title 38, sec . 483), wherein claim was duly filed prior to March 20, 1933, may be adjudicated by the Veterans' Administration, and any person found entitled to reim- bursement shall be paid the reasonable value of services as prescribed by the said section 202 (9) . Approved, August 23, 1935 . [CHAPTER 617 .1 AN ACT Re lat ing to the compensation of certain charwomen . Be it en acted by the Sen ate and House o f Repres entative s of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the fifth para- graph under the heading " Custodial Service " in section 13 of the Classification Act of 1923, as amended (U . S . C ., title 5, sec . 673), is amended by inserting at the end thereof the following new sentence " Charwomen and h ead charwomen shall receive for each holiday (except Sunday) upon which under existing law no work is performed by them an amount equal to the amount they would receive had they performed the same number of hours of work on such holiday as the average number of hours of work performed by them during the days in the week in which such holiday occurs ."
