Be it enacted by the Senate and lIouse 01 Representatives 01 the B:!.::vR,onRal~~ United States 01 America in Cong1'es8 aBsembled, That jurisdiction ~=Y'f b I ted is hereby conferred upon the Court of Claims, to hear, d(!termine, to Court ~i ~~8~ and render judgment upon the claim of the Hampton and Branch- ville Railroad Company, of Hampton, South Carolina, against the United States for the sum of $4,768.46, representing the amount of a judgment recovered by the United States from such company by virtue of a certain guaranty contract between such company and the United States entered into in accordance with the provisions of section 209 of the Transportation Act, 1920.
