Hallowell, Junior, sergeant, Ninth Squadron, United States Anny Air Corps, the sum of $159.63 in full satisfac- tion of all claims against the United States of the said George W. HaUowell, Junior, for loss of certain personal property and tools on December 5, 1932, when an Anny plane of which he was a member of the crew fell into the ocean as a result of the failure of the right motor while making certain speed tests pursuant to o~rations order numbered 234, Eleventh Bombardment Squadron, AIr Corys, March Field, Riverside, California, dated December 5, 1932: Pro- vided, That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act in excess :J~o'l of 10 per centum thereof shall be paid or delivered to or received by any neyTarmstroBot (talk) 14:28, 19 November 2014 (UTC).~::.n att«- agent or agents, attorney or attorneys, on account of services rendered in connection with said claim. It shall be unlawful for any agent or agents, attorney or attorneys, to exact, collect, withhold, or receive any sum of the amount a.ppropriated in this Act in excess of 10 per centum thereof on account of services rendered in connection with said claim, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding.
