AGREEMENT BETWEEN NETH- ERLANDS INDIA AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA CONCERNING THE EXCHANGE OF PARCEL POST. The undersigned l provided with full pow(>rs by their respecti ve Goyernm(>nts~ have by common consent and subject to ratifica- tions hy the competent superior authorities drawn up the follow- ing Agreement: ARTICLE I. OBJECT OF TIlE A(mEEMEXT. Between the United States of Am(>rica (including A I ask a ~ Porto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, Samoa, and Hawaii) on one hand, and Netherlands India on the other hand, there may be exchanged, under the denomina- tion of parcel post, parcels up to the maximum weight and the maximum dimensions indicated in the Regulations of Execution. ARTICLE II. TRAXSIT PARCELS. 1. Each Postal Administration guarantees the right of transit through its service, to or from any country with which it has parcel-post communication, of parcels originating in or ad- dressed for delivery in the serv- ice of the other contracting Ad- ministration. 2.
